1. Herbal consultations & 1:1s

mini phytotherapy session (30 min) — from 15 to 20 EUR/USD/GBP

by phone, in person, or online, a single herbal advice; we focus on one aspect or area of your choice; 1 session = 30 minutes (your mini session can also turn into a full herbal consultation — at your request and as needed)

full in-depth herbal consultation (conversation 60-90 min) + your embodied plant spirit journey — selecting the right plant(s)* for you (1-3 month protocol with in-between guidance and integration call) — sliding scale from 60 to 150 EUR/USD/GBP

herbal protocol, healing practices and recommendations; nervous system regulation; guidance during the protocol + follow up/integration (+ optional herbal remedies preparation of – if necessary I create a personalized product for you or provide you with my private resources, but most often I just tell you what and where you can buy in the best price range and quality; herbal products are not included in the price of the consultation, I prepare and ship them for an additional cost)

healing meditation session with plant body and energy* — sliding scale from 40 to 70 EUR/USD/GBP per session

guided meditation, ceremony, energy work, 45-60 min

mentorship and learning — plant and tree spirit communication* — from 40 to 70 EUR/USD/GBP per session

theory, practice, techniques — learning from scratch or in progress; introduction to plant spirit communication + plant spirit medicine; right relationships with the plant kin; learning from plant spirits and plant consciousness; 1 session = 60-90 min (with Q&A + follow up PDF materials whenever needed/upon request)

(*We work solely with “ordinary,” common, and widely available herbs and native trees—I have no need, relationship, or intention to work with the energy of entheogenic plants—at the moment.)

Individual sessions and consultations are offered in a sliding scale donation-based system*: 40 EUR/USD/GBP — 70 EUR/USD/GBP for one mentorship meeting or a healing meditation session, and 60 EUR/USD/GBP — 150 EUR/USD/GBP for full herbal & plant spirit medicine consultation with a 1-3 month protocol and care (learn more about 1:1 herbal consultations here).

*Sliding scale means that you pay what you can. Whichever option you choose, please pay in accordance with your heart (and know that the plants will support and love you unconditionally). This system is based on mutual trust and support ❤️

if you are currently going through a difficult financial period and cannot afford more, choose the lowest tier (40 EUR/USD/GBP for 1 mentorship or meditation session, or 60 EUR/USD/GBP for a full herbal consultation with protocol and care);
if you are in a stable financial situation, choose the middle tier (50-60 EUR/USD/GBP for 1 mentorship or meditation session, or an amount between 60-150 EUR/USD/GBP in case of for a full herbal consultation with protocol and care);
if you have the opportunity to fully support and appreciate my work, as well as enable others to access consultations and classes, choose the upper tier (150 EUR/USD/GBP) or transfer more for a full herbal consultation with protocol and care, and any other connection and offering.
